1. Initial failure

Failures that occur during the commissioning phase and within two or three months of starting operation are called initial failures. The reasons for this are:

1) Poor component processing and assembly

If the grinding of the inner hole of the component does not meet the requirements, the burrs of the parts are not cleaned, the installation is not clean, the parts are installed wrongly or reversely, the alignment is not good during assembly, the tightening torque of the fastening screws is not appropriate, the material of the parts does not meet the requirements, and the outsourcing Parts (such as seals, springs) are of poor quality, etc.

2) Design mistakes

When designing components, the material of the parts is improperly selected, and the processing technology requirements are unreasonable. Insufficient understanding of the characteristics, performance and functions of components, resulting in improper selection of components during circuit design. The designed air handling system does not meet the requirements of pneumatic components and systems. There is an error in the circuit design.

3) Installation does not meet the requirements

During installation, the components and pipes are not cleaned cleanly, so that impurities such as dust and sealing material fragments are mixed in, resulting in failure of the pneumatic system. There is an eccentric load when installing the cylinder . No effective measures have been taken to prevent loosening and vibration of the pipeline.

4) Poor maintenance and management, such as failure to discharge condensed water in time, failure to replenish oil to the lubricator in time, etc.

2. Sudden failure

The sudden failure of the system during stable operation is called sudden failure. For example, the oil cup and water cup are made of polycarbonate materials. If they work in the mist of organic solvents, they may burst suddenly; air In the cargo pipeline, the residual impurities are mixed into the components, and the relative moving parts are suddenly stuck; the spring is suddenly broken, the hose is suddenly burst, and the electromagnetic coil is suddenly burned; a sudden power failure causes the circuit to malfunction. Some sudden failures have harbingers. For example, impurities and moisture appear in the exhausted air, indicating that the filter has failed. The cause should be identified and eliminated in time, so as not to cause sudden failures. However, some sudden failures are unpredictable, and only safety protection measures can be taken to prevent them, or some vulnerable spare parts can be prepared in order to replace the failed components in time.


3. Aging failure

The failure that occurs after individual or a few components reach the service life is called aging failure. Refer to the date of manufacture, date of use, frequency of use, and certain symptoms that have occurred, such as
